Camera and Mic Permissions

Upvio’s Vitals AI uses your camera (and mic where needed) to capture and analyze health vitals like heart rate and blood pressure through a face scan.

PC Browser

  1. Open Upvio in your browser.

  2. Click the three dots on the right-hand side of the address bar.

  3. Go to Site settings → Allow Camera (and Microphone if prompted).

  4. Refresh the page.

Android

  1. Open Settings → Apps → your Browser.

  2. Tap Permissions → allow Camera and Microphone.

  3. Reload the Vitals AI page.

iOS

  1. Open Settings → find your Browser (Safari/Chrome).

  2. Enable Camera and Microphone permissions.

  3. Go back to the Vitals AI page and reload.

Tip: If the scan still won’t start, restart your browser or device.
