Account Disabled Error

Issue: When authenticating their account, they receive an error saying their account has been disabled. User cannot see any way for them to disable or enable accounts and there's no indication the account is disabled.

Resolution: After reviewing the issue, it was identified that a duplicate profile with the same email had caused the error, but the development team has since resolved it
